Quality

The items are produced – both in case of pressure-based aluminium casting and gravity-based aluminium casting – from aluminium blocks supplied with quality clearances: AlSi₁₂Fe, AlSi₁₂, AlSi₁₀Mg, AlSi₉Cu³, AlMg³.

We do not manufacture casting blocks in our factory, we buy them from a reliable manufacturer that provides us with the above certificate confirming the composition of the material utilised. We exclusively use such aluminium blocks that are supplied with quality certificates for both pressure and gravity-based aluminium castings. The products are checked according to a quality control plan. The finished products are polished, deburred in a vibration-based rubbing device, (some aluminium castings are also pressure-tested) and delivered to our customers in a ready-made state. The cuttings needed are performed on a CNC lathe or at a machining centre.
