The certified aluminium blocks are melted in three melting and heat-retaining gas-burning crucible furnaces where the casting temperature shall be around 750-800 degrees Celsius. After reaching the required temperature, the bath is treated, degassed and refined as necessary.

In chill-mould casting, the mould is preheated after being cleaned with dry ice. Then a suitable surface is provided by utilising a coating material. After that the mould is heated further until the operating temperature is reached.

Smaller castings (from 0.05kg to 0.30kg) are made in hand-operated moulds; larger ones – up to 15kg – are produced in pneumatically or hydraulically operated moulds.

By employing a metal hacksaw, we remove the fillings and castings from the finished castings.

Deburring is performed with the help of machine belt- and disc sanders or with a vibration sander.

In die casting, the metal is poured into the preheated tool which has been treated with a release agent. Then after the start, the machine performs the operation in accordance with the given settings.

The castability size of the casting is primarily determined by the size of the surface. Our machine has a closing force of 160 tons.

We have our partners cut the finished castings by applying either traditional or CNC-controlled cutting machines.
